Shipping Policy

When will my order be shipped?

We typically ship orders within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. In some cases, additional processing time may be required due to weekends, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. If your order is affected by any delay, we will notify you by email and keep you informed of its status.


How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship orders using Japan Post and Yamato Transport.

Please note that the delivery times below are estimated and should be used as a general guide only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, local postal services, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Estimated delivery times

Japan Post – Registered Airmail (ePacket)

  • Japan: 1–2 business days

  • Asia: Approximately 10 business days

  • Europe, Middle East, North America, Australia & Oceania: 10–17 business days

  • Central & South America: 25–30 business days

  • Africa: 25–35 business days

EMS & Yamato Transport (Express Service)

  • Average delivery time: 7–10 business days

You will receive your tracking number by email one day before your order is shipped, allowing you to follow your shipment once it has been dispatched.

 

Will I Be Charged Taxes and Duties?

The prices displayed on our website include only the cost of the products and the selected shipping service. They do not include any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges that may be applied by the destination country.

Orders Shipped Worldwide

Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and any other charges required by the destination country are the responsibility of the importer (the buyer). These charges are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid, if applicable, before your order can be delivered.

Please note that customs inspections and clearance procedures may cause delays that are beyond our control. For more information about potential import charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.

Additional Information for European Union Orders

Due to current European Union customs regulations, orders shipped from Japan to EU member countries may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs handling fees, or other charges upon arrival.

For certain shipments, customs authorities may assess duties based on the product categories included in the package. As a result, orders containing different media formats—such as vinyl records, CDs, DVDs, Blu-ray discs, or cassette tapes—may be subject to separate customs charges in accordance with applicable EU regulations.

These charges are imposed exclusively by the customs authorities of the destination country and are not shipping fees or charges collected by our store.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, VAT, or other charges required by your country's customs authorities.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases covered by our Returns & Cancellations Policy.

If a package is refused, unclaimed, returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or returned for any other reason not attributable to our store, the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any additional shipping costs incurred for reshipment will also be the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Tracking number included

  • Insurance included

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not fixed and are calculated based on the destination country, package weight, dimensions, and the selected shipping method.

The applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before the order is confirmed and completed. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the shipping cost shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to adjust shipping rates at any time; however, any changes will only apply to future orders and will not affect orders that have already been placed and paid.


 

Important Note

If your cart total is $130.00 USD or more, only EMS (Express Mail Service) will be available as a shipping option, as it includes insurance coverage.

For orders under $130.00 USD, both EMS and Japan Post Registered Airmail (ePacket) will be available as shipping options.

 

Transit Times Disclaimer

Sellers are not responsible for transit times once an order has been shipped. Delivery times are provided by the carrier and are estimates only. They do not include weekends or public holidays and may vary depending on the origin and destination of the shipment, especially during peak seasons or periods of high demand.
