When will be shipped my order?

We regularly send your order 2-3 days after your payment, only in some cases we require additional days due to Sundays, holidays or extraordinary situations, in those cases we will inform you by email.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We send by postal mail, Japan post has estimated delivery times that are not a rule, they are only an approximate, since if a package is held in customs or suffers any delay of any kind, the delivery time will be altered, currently due to of the coronavirus situation, Japan post announcement that it has severe delays in many countries, please consider that the delivery times mentioned below are only an approximate:

Will I be charged taxes and duties?
The prices shown on our website only cover the price of the product and shipping respectively, in the event that your order is held in customs means that you may have to pay duties and taxes.

Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be collected once your order reaches its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.

The payment of duties, extraordinary expenses and taxes will be covered by the importer (buyer) and will be governed according to the laws of the country of destination, the delay for retention caused is the responsibility of the customs department of your country. Shipping payments:
Any shipping will be paid by the buyer, with some exceptions according to the returns & cancelations policy, in the case of rejected, unclaimed or returned packages for any reason, any shipping cost will not be covered or reimbursed.

Airmail Registered Service: This service is fast around 10-17 days depends of the country, provides tracking number to follow the trace of your package.

Time of delivery: 3-7 days Asia, Australia, Oceania, Europe, North America.

 IMPORTANT NOTE: If your shopping cart has a total amount of $ 130.00 or more, you can only contract the EMS shipping option, since it is the one with insurance coverage.

For amounts less than $ 130.00 the 2 options are open, Airmail registered and EMS

Definition of Disc: 1 disc in a normal jewel case or digipak or paper sleeve, if the case or sleeve contains 2 discs will counts as 1 additional, etc.

Items with double booklet counts as extra disc, items with heavy booklet ask for shipping price.

Fare for Items with presents or benefits could be higher  if this require special box or is heavier than normal.

These prices do not apply to box sets.

- The box set fee will be calculated based on the weight and size, boxes with high prices can only be sent by ems service.

 

Records 7" counts as 2 discs for shipping.
